This work isn’t about pushing through. It isn’t about silver linings or fixing what was never broken. It’s about listening — to the body, to grief, to the small, flickering voice inside that still wants to live.
Our sessions are a spacious, attuned container for healing and inquiry. Whether you’re living with Long Covid, chronic fatigue, or the soul-deep weight of transition, we’ll move at a pace that respects your capacity, not someone else’s timeline.
Modalities I Integrate
- Somatic Awareness & Nervous System Work
We gently explore body sensations, tension patterns, and states of safety. Grounded in polyvagal-informed approaches, this work helps regulate overwhelm and rebuild connection to the body. - Grief & Meaning-Making
Drawing from the teachings of Francis Weller and Joanna Macy, we create space to honor sorrow, beauty, and resilience. Grief is not pathology — it’s testimony to your love and aliveness. - Parts Work / Inner Relationship Focusing
Inspired by IFS and mindfulness-based practices, we welcome all parts of you — the weary one, the angry one, the one who wants to disappear. We listen without forcing change. - Pacing & Life Design with Chronic Illness
We explore how to structure your days, work, and relationships with gentleness and clarity. Together, we reimagine what’s possible — without bypassing what’s real. - Relational Coaching & Deep Presence
This is not “fix-it” coaching. It’s spacious, relational support. I bring presence, resonance, and respect for mystery. You bring your truth, even if it’s messy or uncertain.
